Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Canada
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the shipping method selected.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Beyond Paradise Hair is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
